Kingdom Merger Plans

Orichalcum Plan
The most rewarding plan, the Orichalcum Plan gives kingdoms the incredible opportunity to be a full part of the Wonderfall’s Republic. While the sovereignty of the former leaders is somewhat weakened (popular election determines the regional ruler), the kingdom as a whole benefits greatly from the Orichalcum Plan. Further, the leader that accepts such a plan, if they are deposed because of this process (and assuming they were not VIOLENTLY CONQURED BY THE ANATHEMA OF GRAYFALLS, and thus forfeited their choice and were put on the *Soulsteel Plan), gain assurance of an easy and wealthy life. This program automatically comes with the **Starmetal Add-on, and places a kingdom at the highest priority within that program. The benefits include:
v All features of the Moonsilver Plan
v Something
v share in the benefits of Republic social programs (pension, disability, etc)
v A feeling of security
v Blah


Moonsilver Plan
This plan is an upgrade to the Jade Plan. It comes with all the benefits of the Jade Plan, along with several others, with the primary cost being a conversion of the government to include a senate, elected by free election, to take part in the administration of the kingdom, along with the pre-established leader, who will fill an executive role and will retain significant power in the process. If a ruler accepts this package, or the Orichalcum Plan, when it is first offered, they receive the **Starmetal Add-on for no additional cost. The benefits of the package include:
v All features of the Jade Plan
v Citizen Status within the Wonderfalls Republic, which includes the right to vote in regional elections, and to trade through Grayfalls at a citizen taxation rate
v Access to public works and construction programs, including the creation of new hospitals, fire departments, military barracks, and schools
Basic Requirements:
v Pay standard taxes to the Wonderfalls Republic
v Alter government as mentioned above
v Adhere to all Republic law


Jade Plan
This is the default merger package. The kingdom remains under its own control, but enters into an alliance with the Wonderfalls Republic, wherein several privileges are gained at the expense of following a few simple rules. Benefits include:
v Access to profitable trade through the city of Grayfalls at a lower taxation rate
v Access to the Wonderfalls Republic’s ROADS (Repair Operation And Defense Services) Program
v Mutual protection in the case of attack
v Standardized Currency
v Avoidance of VIOLENT TAKEOVER BY THE ANATHAMA OF GRAYFALLS
v Work programs for the poor
Basic Requirements:
v Slavery, and the slave trade, is prohibited
v All Criminals are to be turned over to the administrators of the Wonderfalls’ CULD (Criminal Usefulness Leadership Directorate) Program for the maintenance of roads and good relations with the Fair Folk
v Agreement to defend the interests of the Wonderfalls Republic, and to support them in defensive military actions


*Soulsteel Add-on
This is not a favorable add-on. This add-on is gained when a kingdom attacks, threatens, blocks the trade interests of, or betrays their agreements with, the Wonderfalls Republic. Once a kingdom is on the Soulsteel package it can expect to immediately be subject to VIOLENT DISRUPTION OF INFRASTRUCTURE, LETHAL DISSOLUTION OF THE RULING CLASS, AND FORCEFULL ASSIGNMENT TO THE ORICHALCUM PLAN BY THE ANATHEMA OF GRAYFALLS. Those kingdoms that survive the process of being placed on the Soulsteel Plan, or as we like to call it, “being fettered” are subject to such unfortunate things as curfews, martial law, and probationary citizen status for a period of a year and a day, during which the normal voting and movement rights of citizens are suspended. So, remember everybody, be nice to the Wonderfalls Republic, avoid lying to them, do not cheat them, and if you value your existence, do not attack them.

**Starmetal Add-on
With the Starmetal Add-on, kingdoms can be sure their needs are a foremost priority to the Wonderfalls Republic. Those with the Starmetal Add-on are guaranteed to be placed before all those kingdoms without the Starmetal Add-on for the purposes of public works projects and the establishment of trade routes.
