Everyone playing can gain bonus exp via special projects. Currently you can gain 4 exp by emailing 3 NPC's to me. I want 1 npc of each tier +35xp, +100xp, +200xp. Each npc you create is worth 1 xp, creating all 3 is worth 4 exp total.

fyi you can add up to 2 immoral acts into your background each drops your humanity(wisdom for mages) by 1 and gives you 5xp.

exp debt has been brought up

if you do not raise gnosis and run out of backgrounds then you can go 12xp in debt. this xp must be used on merits, and 1/2 you per game exp must go to paying it off


if you raise gnosis then you can borrow 6xp under the same conditions

if you borrow xp you can't lower wisdom for exp

that is precisely what I needed to get my character set up with all the things you and I discussed, I think I'll do so.

To clarify, verifying that I understand:

If you do not raise gnosis with your merit points, and you run out of merit points, you can go into debt for 12xp, which again cannot be used for gnosis, and which can only be spent on merits. Half of per game xp is spent repaying this debt until the debt is resolved.

If gnosis was improved, then only 6 xp can be borrowed, otherwise all other aspects of the transaction are precisely similar to above.

Is this correct?

sounds like you got it. just remember not to lower your wisdom if you borrow

skype is set up. when i called gideon's # it told me it was going to charge me though, not sure why since it is a skype # i think...

new alternate way to gain xp. Before game it should be decided who is going to take notes, and they should be emailed to me. That person gains 1 arcane xp on top of the xp given for that game. No one can get this 2 games in a row.

we are going to try and use ventrilo. google ventrilo and download it. We will try to get it to work for at max 30mins if we are not able to make it work before 11pm, we will be on skype.

gideon has the ventrilo server info. Its a private server from a friend so I do not want to post its info.

I bought a ventrilo server. I will give out the info to players on game day.
