I am glad you are starting to come around Josh, for as rivers never parted before Moses, so too the Pokemon will not fall.
Pray to your pokegods, that they may have mercy on your pokesouls...for the Transformers will not.
I can't help but notice that the Transformers are getting a bit dark here. Then again, I suppose that is bound to happen when when they are attempting the genocide to the freak anime equivilant of kittens.

I stand by Cheyne's theory; Optimus thinks they're cute. Plus they have the house pet bonus - Very difficult to inadvertently kill. Given how many puppys they've gone through, that's a big bonus.

Its an analogy, something similar, but not quiet the same, yet still relevant. You know..say if Moses had met a river or two they wouldn't be able to stop him. He started with a sea for god's sake (pun), like a river is gonna slow him down.

The Transformers are allowed to be a little dark here, they are fighting the ultimate evil. A cute face can't hide all that badness. Even Optimus is going to have to cave and get his hands a little dirty on this one. A higher power demands action.
The equation is simple: Pokemon < Transformers = A better universe for everyone.

One yes...an example to the others. Even one of the most poweful amongst them could not stand up to a handshake (I think the battle will be a bit one sided). :P

picachu is a bitch actually. only ash's picachu is useful and powerful. raichu's are better. thus why they are evolved.

I don't know where you got this from, but there are way better pokemon out here.

That was The Piccachu, not a piccachu.

The Piccachu is a stereo-typical anime underdog type character. With lots of potential power, which it uses on occasion to overcome greater adversity. The Piccachu is like the pokemon spokesman, a symbol for everything they are and aspire to be.
I have seen The Piccachu in action, and mighty it was indeed. It was the hero of which poketales were told, a beacon of pokepower, a leader for young pokemon to look up to, and dream about becoming.
Now it is dead, and with such a symbol broken so utterly how can the rest of them stand? Soon the rest will follow, and all will be right again.

Minus the fact that the legendary pokemon have not even entered the fact sure. Some Pokemon can warp time/space, and I think that allows them to take on transformers.

Everything warps time/space these days. Swords, books, scrawny teenagers with funky looking hair. If I had a dollar for everytime some character in a story warped time/space, well...I'd never have to work again.
The Transformers have the Allspark/Matrix of Leadership thingy. So lets just agree that the Matrix and the time/space warping pokemons cancel each other out. Thus its up to the actual characters to settle the score (and not the 'gods').
Now I've seen The Piccachu, do the whole 'manifest more power than any other of my kind to win the day' schtick. That beast is the quintessential pokemon, and the fact is...it couldn't beat a Transformr in a dedicated fight.
Sure some of the little mutant animals might be able to do a bit of damage in an all out brawl, but the fact remains, pokemon are squishy. While Transformers on the other hand, are very much not squishy.
So cute squishy critters vs nia-indestructable battle robots...it doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure this one out guys. Oh, and again I bring up the rock ballads, which should pretty much liquify most of the pokemons with the righteous fury that is 80's rock and roll.

P.S. I just noticed I'm like the only one taking up for the Transformers here...is there irony in that somewhere? I mean really, I'd like to see some rooting for the robots man. Come on people...where is the love, these are the Transformers we're talkin about.

if i hadn't recently watched the final season of transformers i might root for them. but i saw the ugly naked truth. the truth, disrobed of its beautiful childhood colored... robes. they sucked. pokemon is actually better.

there, i said it. are you happy now? pokemon is better! pokemon herds ravage the autobots and decepticons alike! they crawl inside them like termites in a wall, tearing them down from within! the furries fuck the robots to death, while ash cheers them on!

and the matrix... it knows that it is the right thing. it watches, until the very end, when the pokemon are in trouble, and picachu is wrestling hot rod for the matrix... but at the furry little bastards touch, it glows. hot rod was supposed to be the one... but the matrix knew how much he'd suck. so, at the touch of the yellow beast, it knew the course destiny would have to take.

the creature wedged itself in the crack between the the walls of the matrix, and shoved with all its tiny might, and the Matrix of Leadership shone one last time, lighting the world's darkest hour, and scouring the robot menace from creation, before merging with the picachu.

as the light died down, a new being arose, the next step in evolution... Picomas Prime! Robotic power, mystical might, and furry ferocity merged into one perfect being. The world had hope once more. There was a chance that, with the transformers defeated, the pokemon might be able to win against the cruel human overlords.

As a new day dawned, the pokemon listened with baited breath, for their leader's command...

"pica, pica pica chu! (translated from pokenese: Pokemon, evolve and roll out!)"

thank you matrix.

thank you.

Sorry Josh, while I love the Transformers, I do not think this is a fight you can win. Remember Cheyne's Pseudo Bacchelor party? What did they all sit around doing? Watch Pokemon... That is right, Pokemon win this fight.

I am shocked and horrified by the lot of you. Ashamed at your weakness for a cute face. Pokemon is the devil, it has corrupted you and turned you from the light which illuminates our darkest hour. I will not give in. I will not go quietly into pokeland, and eat their spoonfed pokejargon.
I have seen the face of evil, it is yellow, has little black jagged line things, and a bunny nose. Its tail is twisted just like its soul.
know that the Matrix of Leadership still burns, but it burns for the Transformers and all those that stand beside them. Its light is unmatched in brilliance by anything the pokemon can bring to bear. I'm sorry but the tiny frail pokebodies simply could not hold its power.
As far as the pokemons crawling around inside the robots, how is this accomplished? Even if they could manage to get inside (indestructable outer shells?) all they would need to do would be to transform, something they are quiet accomplished at, and crush the fragile meatsacs to a pulp.
No, I'm sorry, but the Matrix knows its purpose and its place. It is incorruptible. A source of blinding energy, which is used to wash away the shadows of darker things. You cannot deny that pokemon are those things. Tiny devils, secretly plotting to rule existence.
The Transformers have know many trials and tribulations. They have stood before the onslaughts of many evils and yet still they stand. Their fan base is solid, their iconic image and firm values hold true even today. Pokemon is outclassed in every possible way.
Like the pheonix they rise from obscurity, again and again. You think this thread is a losing fight (I'm lookin at you Ebon_Willow), try maintaining a franchise for twenty years. Yet they have succeeded. They have overcome the distance of oceans, entertained across the generations, and even cast aside the limits of their own form.
I implore you each to look inside your own hearts, and find the little Matrix of Leadership inside you. It's there, hiding, waiting for the chance to reveal itself and show your spirit the true path it should take. The path to Cybertron.
THE DAY OF REDEMPTION IS AT HAND! REPENT...AND THOU SHALT BE SAVED!
