Oh, meant to ask, do all the characters have psionic powers? Cause, something earlier (don't remember what) gave me the impression that some of the characters were just normal guys/gals/whatever.

the one you chose is 'normal' in the sense that they have no psi. they are however exceptionaly skilled 'protomorphs' that manipulate probability on a subtle lvl.

think bond, james bond. or other movie heroes. oh, and they don't know they do this, nor does anyone else. they are just bad ass norms for all appearances.
