CPR First Aid Certification

Postby angelicyokai » Tue Feb 24, 2009 8:28 pm

I don't know that this counts as a hobby per se, but I think its a good idea to be CPR certified. You could save a life, more importantly you could save a life that's important to you. I go tomorrow for my recert.

“Live a good life. If there are gods and they are just, then they will not care how devout you have been, but will welcome you based on the virtues you have lived by. If there are gods, but unjust, then you should not want to worship them. If there are no gods, then you will be gone, but will have lived a noble life that will live on in the memories of your loved ones.”

cool beans man!

I agree, more people should do it, and take it seriously. Also people should do the first aid course.

Next semester I finally graduate to BLS and ACLS, where I get to learn shit like intubation, defibrillation, and administration of life saving drugs.

Uhm...why would anyone voluntarily save a human life? I'm just stumped on this one.

Although Temple did that once, she even got an award from the governor or something.
All things in moderation...Except syrup.
