Magneto and Gandalf VS Count Dooku and Saruman

Post by Nintendroid »

I would say this is truly a battle of information, depending upon which team was informed that this battle would commence all but decides the outcome.

Hmmm.

Oh, I know:

Magneto surprises Dooku by bending his lightsaber blade to chop off his arms. Then, when Dooku tries to fry him with the force before he dies from blood loss, and then fails to move anything, Magneto laughs. Because he just ripped apart Dooku's brain. Good times.

As this took all of 30 seconds (20 seconds of posturing, 2 second of combat, 8 seconds of gloating), Magneto then helps Gandalf mop up Saruman. Though if Gandalf went all White, then he really doesn't need the help.

On a side note, the actor that plays Dooku/Saruman would sooo beat the shit out of Ian McLellan.

I agree, almost any battle between a Jedi, whose power over the local area would be nice, and anyone whose power was of a Marvel variety, something extremely specific, more than likely would end very terribly for said Jedi/force sensitive character.

This is why I love comic books. Fuck spooky, flavorful, weird deus ex machina powers. Just let me fuck with raw universal forces and be done with it.
